This Shipping Policy applies to physical products sold by Patcher LLC and is part of the Patcher Terms of Service.
1. Where Patcher ships
Patcher ships only to supported United States destinations shown during checkout. Eligibility may depend on product, quantity, inventory, carrier capacity, destination, access, and other fulfillment conditions.
A location being scannable in the app does not guarantee that Patcher can ship product to that location.
2. Shipping charges
The order-specific shipping charge shown in the final server-confirmed checkout summary is the shipping charge for that order, subject to correction of an obvious error before order acceptance as permitted by law.
Patcher does not maintain a permanent legal-policy rate table because product weight, destination, carrier, service level, quantity, and fulfillment costs can change. Checkout is the authoritative source for the current shipping quote.
3. Ship-By Date and handling
Before or when Patcher accepts an order, Patcher will provide an order-specific date or time period by which Patcher reasonably expects the order to be shipped (the “Ship-By Date”).
The Ship-By Date is Patcher's shipment commitment for purposes of fulfillment. It is different from a carrier's estimated delivery date.
Patcher bases the Ship-By Date on available inventory, fulfillment capacity, carrier pickup, order size, and other information reasonably available when the order is accepted.
4. If Patcher cannot ship on time
If Patcher learns that it cannot ship by the applicable Ship-By Date, Patcher will provide the notice and options required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- a revised shipment date and a request for your consent to the delay; or
- cancellation of the unshipped order and a full refund of the affected amount.
Patcher will not silently extend a promised shipment date in a way that removes a cancellation/refund right provided by law.
If you cancel because Patcher cannot ship within the promised period and applicable law requires a full refund, the refund will include the amounts the law requires to be returned and will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
5. Delivery estimates and tracking
After shipment, Patcher may provide carrier tracking and an estimated delivery date. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless Patcher expressly states that a particular delivery service is guaranteed.
Tracking can be delayed or inaccurate. Weather, road conditions, carrier disruptions, remote-area service, address access, severe events, and other circumstances can affect delivery after shipment.
6. Address accuracy and changes
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate deliverable address before submitting an order.
Contact info@patcher.me immediately if you discover an address error. Patcher cannot guarantee an address change after an order is released to fulfillment or tendered to a carrier.
If an order is returned or rerouted because of an address entered incorrectly by the customer, Patcher may charge reasonable additional shipping costs before reshipment to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by Patcher's error.
7. Delivery and risk of loss
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, risk of loss remains with Patcher until the carrier delivers the shipment to the delivery address or authorized recipient shown for the order.
A carrier “delivered” scan is evidence of delivery but does not automatically defeat a good-faith report that the shipment was not received. Patcher may investigate tracking, delivery photos/signatures, address information, and other evidence.
8. Lost, missing, or materially damaged shipments
If tracking shows no delivery, an order appears lost in transit, items are missing, or the shipment arrives materially damaged, contact info@patcher.me as soon as reasonably possible.
Preserve the package, shipping label, product label/lot information, and reasonable photos when safe. Do not handle or return a leaking or unsafe package through an ordinary carrier unless Patcher or the appropriate authority provides safe instructions.
Eligible lost/damaged/incorrect shipment remedies are described in the Refund & Replacement Policy.
9. Large, heavy, or freight orders
Large or heavy orders may require freight/LTL delivery, a delivery appointment, signature, lift-gate or site-access requirements, or a separately confirmed shipping arrangement.
If an order requires materially different delivery terms, Patcher will disclose them before accepting the affected order or obtain your agreement before proceeding.
10. Failed delivery or refusal
If delivery cannot be completed because of customer-provided access restrictions, repeated missed appointments, refusal of a conforming shipment, or another customer-caused condition, Patcher may deduct or charge reasonable additional carrier/return costs where permitted by law and disclosed before the charge is imposed.
This does not reduce rights relating to a defective, damaged, incorrect, recalled, or otherwise nonconforming shipment.
11. Force majeure and legal rights
Events outside Patcher's reasonable control may delay fulfillment or delivery. Patcher will communicate material delays as reasonably practicable.
No force-majeure language in this Policy eliminates a shipment-delay notice, cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that applicable law requires.
